dynshift.com is DynShift's studio site. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The software it links to

Each project is governed by its own licence, not by this page: products under the GNU GPL-3.0, libraries under the MIT licence, as stated in each repository. Those licences, and each product site's own terms, decide what you may do with the software.

Content

The site's design, logo, writing and images belong to DynShift and are not licensed for reuse, except where a page says otherwise. DynShift and PhonePad are unregistered trademarks of DynShift. Other names (Xbox, Windows, Flutter, React) belong to their owners and are used only to say what a tool works with.

Advertising and links

Some pages carry advertising supplied by Google, labelled Advertisement. DynShift does not choose individual ads or endorse what they offer. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; those sites are not DynShift's responsibility.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. It is kept accurate, but it may be wrong or out of date, and nothing on it is a guarantee. To the extent the law allows, DynShift is not liable for any loss arising from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
